Pure Delight!

We've been doing a lot of sledding and running outside this past week. We quickly realized that we will need to fence in an area in our backyard for Preston this summer. He moves very quick and with his new brother we thought it might make it easier on mom and dad if we could just let him run while we watch. We are getting so excited to meet our new addition and looking forward to a fun filled summer. Hopefully the weather will cooperate with our swimming time this year:)

Big Boy Room!

We are almost finished with Preston's big boy room! We just need to get the big dresser done and he'll be set to move in. We are hoping that by the end of this week that will be finished. I will be finished subbing so we thought that might be a good time to start trying to get him to sleep in there. I also would like to find some camo netting to use as a "pet net" for all his stuffed animals! But for now I'd say he's got a pretty cool big boy room! His big dresser will go just to the right of the window.

This is a dark picture but his night stand is done exactly like we are doing his dresser. I used the bed skirt material and covered the drawers with camo. Then we painted the rest of it green! I'll post another picture when we complete the dresser.

There it is the first big boy bed! We are going to take the ladder down before he starts sleeping in there. I'm afraid my monkey would be up that in a heartbeat! We had a lot of fun doing this room! When he moves in I'll finish the nursery and get some pictures of it too.

Baby Nelson #2

We had our courtesy 4D ultra sound today! It was such a neat experience! When we did this with Preston we never got to see his face so we didn't get any pictures. This baby was ready to show his face though! I was just amazed at how much he looked like Preston when he was first born and that I could see that. It could be that it's just me but here are the pictures!

We can't wait to meet him!
